Randi has been involved with YQL since 2001. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from the University of North Florida, she was hired as the ministries first full time staff person. Before working with YQL Randi graduated from Teen Mania’s Honor Academy. During the summer she is a Project Director with Global Expeditions having been on over 14 mission trips including Thailand, Morocco, Romania and more. She recently completed her Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling from Beacon University. Her vision is to help mobilize this generation of young people to be used by God and discover their own ability to change the world.
Brittany’s involvement with YouthQuake Live first began when she attended YQL shows while she was in high school. They had such an enormous impact on her, that she decided to get personally involved. In 2004, she entered the YQL Internship Program and has been a part ever since. It was during the Intern Program that she discovered her passion to see young people realize their God-given destinies, and she had the privilege of serving as a local Youth Director for 3 ½ years. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science in Sociology from the University of North Florida in 2008, she was hired as the ministry’s part-time Administrative Coordinator.
Alexandra has been involved in YouthQuake Live since 1999. In 7th grade, she joined the first dance team and was a cast member up until she graduated from high school in 2005. During her college years at Jacksonville University, Alexandra became a YQL leader, choreographing and encouraging the young high school dancers on the YQL dance team. She created “OK GOD”, one of the most memorable YQL skits ever performed. In her senior year at JU, she was chosen for an internship at the prestigious Dalton Agency. After completing her internship, Dalton hired her to work in their PR+ department. In 2008, Alexandra graduated from J.U. with honors, majoring in Public Relations/Communications and Minoring in Dance. Later, after YQL conceived the idea of YouthQuake Live: The Musical, Alexandra became the main force behind turning that idea into a reality, co-writing the story and most of the script as well as directing, producing and choreographing the entire show. Alexandra’s involvement in YQL ignited a lifelong passion in her to help young people discover their dreams and fulfill the callings God has placed on their lives.

Blake is a young man with a burning passion for the Church and this generation. At the age of 12, God made it very clear to him that he was to dedicate his life to building the Kingdom of God and he has never looked back. Blake longs to create and be a part of a Christ centered community here in Jacksonville where people are accepted exactly as they are, while they learn about who God believes they can be. He currently serves as the Minister of Emerging Generations at Journey Church, overseeing student ministries and life groups.
